On November 14, one of the co-chairs of the IWG-OP gave an excellent presentation about the National Oceanographic Partnership Program (NOPP) and the NOPP process to the State Oceanic Administration (SOA) of China. It was an honor to meet the representatives of the SOA, and it was a great outreach opportunity for the NOPP Program.
