ORAP to Hold Meeting in Arlington, VA on December 3-4

The Ocean Research Advisory Panel (ORAP) will hold a meeting on December 3-4, 2013 at QinetiQ North America, 4100 N. Fairfax Drive, Suite 800, Arlington, VA.  Expected topics for briefings and discussion include Ocean Observations, Ecosystem Based Management and Ocean Education. The meeting is open to the public.
