In January 2014 the Ocean Research Advisory Panel (ORAP) published two new reports: “Leveraging Ocean Education Opportunities” and “Implementing Ecosystem-Based Management.” January was also the unveiling of the new NOPP website, which has been newly formatted and re-designed.
