The Way Ahead: Four Goals for the Future of the IWG-OP

The Interagency Working Group on Ocean Partnerships (IWG-OP), which coordinates the NOPP, has released a brochure covering its future goals. The IWG-OP has laid out four key goals and action items to implement these goals. The key goals are:

Goal 1: Facilitate and Promote Ocean Partnerships Through the NOPP;

Goal 2: Foster Partnerships Necessary to Support Actions in the National Ocean Policy Implementation Plan;

Goal 3: Promote Coordinated Ocean Agency Planning;

Goal 4: Catalyze Scientific Research on Critical and Emerging Issues;
