Attention Topic 3 Proposers: Important Topic 3 Information

N00014-17-S-B016 National Oceanographic Partnership Program Amendment 0001

The purpose of Amendment 0001 to BAA N00014-17-S-B016 is to notify potential offerors of a technical issue regarding Letter of Intent submissions and to update the deadlines and response dates for Topic 3. The deadlines and response dates for Topics 1 and 2 remain unchanged.

If you have submitted a Letter of Intent (LOI) for Topic 3 prior to the posting date of Amendment 0001 October, 20 2017, please resubmit the LOI. Due to a technical issue, there is a chance that some LOIs were not received by ONR. The issue has been resolved and all offerors shall follow the submission guidelines for LOIs located on pages 7-8 of this BAA.

To allow time for all proposers to re-submit their LOIs, the October 16, 2017 deadline for Topic 3 Letters of Intent has been extended to November 22, 2017, 3:00 pm Eastern. The Topic 3 full proposal deadline will also be extended to February 16, 2018, 3:00 pm Eastern. Both of the extensions described above are not reflected in the PDF below.
