This past week, the National Oceanographic Partnership Program attended the 17th biennial Ocean Sciences Meeting in Honolulu, Hawaii. In January 2014 the Ocean Research Advisory Panel (ORAP) published two new reports: “Leveraging Ocean Education Opportunities” and “Implementing Ecosystem-Based Management.” January was also the unveiling of the new NOPP website, which has been newly formatted and re-designed.
